How long does it take?
Concepts come back within five working days of receiving your content, depending on my workload. Two rounds of changes follow, each a few days.
What do you need from me?
The words, assets and any photos you want used, and the size if it's not a standard. If you're printing, the printer's specs help but aren't essential — I can work them out.
What if I don't like any of the concepts?
Tell me what's missing and I'll go again — that's what the revision rounds are for. A miss usually means something didn't get said, and it's quick to fix once it does.
Do I own the artwork?
Yes, outright. No licence, no ongoing fee.
What files do I get?
Print-ready PDF, plus PNG and JPG for screen. Source files on request.
Can you print it too?
I don't print, but I have a contact at a commercial print company and can arrange it. Or take the files anywhere — they're built to go.
Can the price change?
Only if what you've asked for changes, and I'll tell you the new number before doing the work.
How does payment work?
50% to begin. The rest is due within 7 days of approving the final design, and print-ready files are sent once it's paid. Full terms
What if I need to cancel?
Before I start, the 50% is refunded in full. Once work has started, it covers the time spent, and you won't owe the rest. Full terms
Is there GST?
No. I'm not GST-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you work outside Auckland?
Yes. Most of the work happens over email, wherever you are.
Can you do something that isn't on the list?
Probably. I can take on most print and brand work, quoted the same way — a fixed price agreed before I start. Ask for a quote
